As our farm is both a working farm and our home, we kindly ask all visitors to be respectful of the property. Please ensure that no structures, equipment, or crops are damaged while capturing your perfect shot.

• Check-In & Liability Waiver: Upon arrival, photographers and clients must check in and sign a Release of Liability agreement before entering any areas of the farm.

• Private Property: WestMaid Farms is private property. Only guests with a reserved photography session are allowed access to the farm. Trespassing outside of business hours is strictly prohibited.

• Be Prepared: Please make sure your clients arrive dressed and prepared for the photo shoot.

• Equipment & Props: Any equipment or props brought to the farm must be carried in and out. WestMaid Farms is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any personal belongings or photography equipment.

• Respect the Fields: While photographing in our fields, we ask that you and your clients remain on designated paths and avoid walking through crops or flower beds. Picking crops or flowers is not permitted. However, if you'd like to include fresh flowers as props, we can cut blooms for an additional fee.

• Proper Attire: We require that all participants wear appropriate clothing during their photo sessions. Please note, boudoir or other risqué photography is not allowed on the premises.

• On-Site Assistance: We will be on the property during your session and are available to assist or answer questions as needed.

• Policy Enforcement: Violation of these policies may result in your immediate removal from the farm.
